The Center for Peace Education is ALWAYS happy to have assistance in the office and classroom in many areas.

Update CPE's database of school board members, superintendents in local school systems.

Research data that supports that mediation/peer mediation and/or other areas of peace education are an effective tool for conflict resolution, particularly for schools.

Research potential grant and other funding opportunities for CPE programs.

Trainer Resource Center

- Organize and catalog all of the resources (mostly books)

- Create visuals for trainers and teachers to hang in classrooms and around the school.

Partner with a school through CPE to assist them in implementing Violence Prevention Week.

Serve on a committee - assist committee with their current project

1. Marketing - help promote the benefit of CPE's work in the Greater Cincinnati community.

2. Fundraising - think "outside of the box" to create new revenue streams for future financial stability.

3. Curriculum Development - strengthen CPE's existing programs and research comparable programs nationwide.

4. Program Evaluation - analyze program effectiveness in local schools to show impact of CPE programs.

5. Organizational Capacity - evaluate organizational needs of CPE staffing and operations.

Compile Evaluation Data - CPE works with over 3,000 individuals each year, all of which complete an evaluation. We need help entering evaluation data into our computer system and compiling results.

Database updating - must be proficient with Access program

Computer assistance - help with scheduled back up of computers, update virus protection, and other general computer maintenance
